County Materials recently celebrated the retirement of Billy Halfacre, Quality Control Technician, based in Salem, Illinois. He was certified as a Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) Level 3 Quality Control Technician. Billy and his coworkers enjoyed a company-sponsored lunch and cake to recognize his retirement. We are grateful for his 12 years of service and wish him the best in retirement.
