We are proud to announce Torrie Socha as our third quarter County Champion. Torrie is the HRIS Lead for the Human Resources Department in Marathon, Wisconsin, and has been with Central Processing Corporation for 12 years. Central Processing Corporation provides Human Resources services to the County Materials family of companies.
She earned this award by demonstrating Our Commitments through Teamwork, Accountability, Motivation, Integrity, and Leadership. Award recipients receive a $1,000 cash prize and a framed certificate signed by the owner of the County Materials’ family of companies, Tim Sonnentag.
Torrie has consistently shown exceptional leadership and a commitment to personal and professional growth throughout her career with Central Processing Corporation. Her dedication to teamwork and creating a collaborative work environment has led to numerous valuable contributions to our company.
