and real estate of Independent Concrete Pipe Company, effective December 10, 2014. This acquisition includes both their Indianapolis and Maxwell facilities.
The acquisition of Independent Concrete Pipe, an established and successful company since 1912, strengthens County Materials’ capabilities in concrete pipe and precast products. County Materials has been serving the construction industry for more than 68 years.
