Aimee Therrian has joined County Materials Corporation and County Prestress & Precast, LLC, effective February 5, 2025, as our company’s new Chief People Officer.
Aimee will be responsible for leading our organization’s human resources and people strategy by driving initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top talent, while fostering a positive organizational culture.
Most recently, Aimee has been the Chief HR Officer and Vice President of Global HR for CentroMotion, where she executed a global HR strategy for the company in 26 countries that contributed growth to over 3,700 employees. Additionally, she served as Senior Director of HR for the Americas with Enerpac Tool Group (previously Actuant Corp) where she rebuilt their domestic and internal HR organization and strategies across 20 locations. Prior to this, Aimee was the Senior Manager and Director of HR for Surface Mining with Komatsu Mining Corp (previously Joy Global and P&H Mining) where she worked directly with executive leadership to drive their business strategies through effective HR management initiatives.
