The Telly Awards is the premier award honoring outstanding film projects. It is a widely known and highly respected national and international competition that receives over 12,000 entries annually from all 50 states and numerous countries. A prestigious judging panel of over 500 accomplished industry professionals, each a past winner of a Silver Telly, judged the competition, upholding the historical standard of excellence that Telly represents.
County Materials’ winning company video was entered in the “Non-Broadcast Productions – Recruitment” category. It is used by County Materials’ Human Resources Department to recruit and educate new employees about the culture, vision and values of the Company.
County Materials’ marketing and communications team created the 4 minute, 46 second video in partnership with Rucinski & Reetz Communication of Mosinee, WI. The video tells the story of County Materials from its beginning as a small family business in 1946 to a recognized leader in concrete construction and landscape industry. The video introduces County Materials’ core values of Teamwork, Motivation, Leadership, Accountability, and Integrity, and touches on the company’s contribution to communities where it has locations through service, products and charitable giving. Throughout the video, the importance of its employees to County Materials’ success is a recurring theme.
