On Friday, October 29th, students from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire’s Association for Operations Management Chapter toured County Materials’ Marathon and Rib Falls, WI concrete production facilities. The student group studies supply chain and operations management and tours local manufactures to gain experience beyond the classroom. During the tour, students walked through our concrete pipe and precast, block, and ready-mix facilities and learned how County Materials’ products are manufactured and delivered to help build safer, stronger communities.
