The Greater Fox Cities’ Habitat for Humanity Chapter has partnered with volunteers, donors, and local leaders for more than 27 years to bring stability to hundreds of families by providing affordable housing. Throughout the year, the organization committed to building 17 homes, one being the Youth Build.
Two groups of high school students build the 2021 Youth Build Home as part of their construction class. The goal of the project is to empower youth to make a difference in their community and provide hands-on educational support and mentoring for youth in the construction trades. County Materials sponsored one week of the Youth Build.
County Materials recognizes students discover career opportunities in skilled trades through high school technical education courses. We are proud to support these programs and continually grow our industry.
This year, in celebration of our company’s 75th anniversary, County Materials is committed to share 75 Stories of Impact, featuring organizations that receive funding from the Sonnentag Foundation and are part of the communities where we have locations.
