Nourishing Communities Through Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin

Written by Admin | Jun 26, 2025

Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin is the state’s largest hunger relief organization, dedicated to building stronger, healthier communities across 35 counties. In partnership with generous donors, food suppliers, local pantries, and compassionate volunteers, the organization provides nutritious food and essential resources for children, families, and seniors across Wisconsin.

County Materials partners with Feeding America to fuel their mission of ending hunger. One initiative is the FarmLink program, which connects underserved farms, such as Hmong-owned farms, to food pantries across Eastern Wisconsin. Working through community-based organizations, FarmLink helps build sustainable, equitable food systems while delivering fresh, nutritious foods to those in need. In 2024, the program purchased more than 62 different crop varieties and distributed 20,430 pounds of produce to food pantry partners.

Through the Sonnentag American Foundation, County Materials supports worthy organizations like Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin. We provide support in four key service areas: Hunger & Homelessness Support, Service Member & Veteran Support, Sexual Abuse & Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring & Skills Building.
