Written by Admin | May 21, 2019

County Materials recently offered insight into the manufacturing process of reinforced concrete pipe for three new National Precast Concrete Association (NPCA) office staff members. NPCA Director of Codes and Standards, Eric Carleton and Director of Outreach and Technical Education, Claude Goguen also represented the national organization during the tour at County Materials’ Maxwell, IN location.

The NPCA represents manufacturers of precast concrete products and is dedicated to expanding the use of quality precast concrete materials that build communities across America. As a producer member of NPCA, this tour demonstrates County Materials’ commitment to the pipe and precast industry.

The visit included a presentation of County Materials’ more than 70-year history in the concrete manufacturing industry and a tour of our Maxwell pipe production facility, along with discussions about the benefits and resources NPCA provides.

County Materials is an industry leader in concrete pipe education. Their recent plant tour is one example of how County Materials demonstrates its Vision of Success, Stability and Support.
