U.S. Representative Greg Pence (R-IN 6th District) toured County Materials’ Maxwell, IN, pipe facility on December 20, 2022.
During the visit, Pence saw firsthand how County Materials manufactures concrete pipe and learned why it’s inherently stronger than other materials, making it a more reliable choice for infrastructure projects. Reinforced concrete pipe is rigid and provides a structure and conduit, unlike polypropylene pipe.
Pence spoke with County Materials’ team members after the tour about local infrastructure and jobs in manufacturing. During the tour, Pence accepted a contribution from the American Concrete Pipe Association.
