County Materials hosted members of the Aggregate Producers of Wisconsin and State Assembly Representatives John Spiros and Brent Jacobsen at our Marathon Corporate Office and regional production facilities in July. Attendees toured an aggregate pit and participated in a discussion focused on advancing best practices and supporting Wisconsin’s construction sector.
The visit allowed industry partners and State Representatives to understand aggregates' vital role in building strong and reliable infrastructure. Participants gained insight into concrete manufacturing processes that supply essential materials for roadways, bridges, and other community projects.
Visits, tours, and meetings like these underscore County Materials’ commitment to fostering collaboration across the construction industry. By partnering with communities and sharing our experience, we help strengthen local economies, support responsible resource management, and provide the infrastructure communities need to thrive.
Since 1946, County Materials has partnered with industry organizations and local leaders to advance shared goals and demonstrate the lasting value of concrete construction and aggregate products.
