The North Central Wisconsin Workforce Development Board recently named County Materials as its Employer of the Year. The award is presented annually to an employer that exemplifies outstanding participation in public workforce development initiatives within the organization’s 9-county service area.

Our workforce development efforts in North Central Wisconsin include participation in local hiring events, support for vocational rehabilitation programs like Project Search, and ongoing collaboration with the Job Center of Wisconsin. Additionally, we offer on-the-job skills training and leadership development opportunities to all team members within our company.
