County Materials congratulates Robert Allford on his retirement. After 32 years as a Yard Team Member at our Maxwell, Indiana, location, Robert retires and celebrates a successful career built by his hard work and commitment. Robert was a leader in training and developing new team members in the yard.
Gary Ehrike, Robert’s supervisor, said, “Robert has been an integral part of our team as a forklift operator, bringing passion, dedication, and expertise to every task and project we threw at him. Robert is admired and respected for his years of experience and positive attitude.”
