The Minnesota Department of Transportation specified County Materials’ Reinforced Concrete Pipe and Precast Structures for a pedestrian plaza in Stillwater, Minnesota. County Materials manufactured and delivered 150 LF of 96-inch diameter reinforced concrete pipe and precast structures to protect the historic downtown from flooding.
