The county’s highway department determined the original pipe could be reused after raising the culvert grade and installing new end walls manufactured and delivered by County Materials. RCP is known for its prolonged service life and low lifecycle costs compared to alternative materials, and the Calumet County culvert re-installation proved how RCP meets these expectations.
