Concrete Pipe Week: County Materials Attends Concrete Pipe Week Proclamation Signings

Aug 20, 2021

Governors across the country are signing proclamations that declare August 15 – 20, 2021 as Concrete Pipe Week. During this week-long event, the American Concrete Pipe Association partners with manufacturers, industry professionals, and governors to raise awareness about the benefits concrete pipe and precast offer states and municipalities.

Leading up to Concrete Pipe Week, County Materials’ team members attended the Wisconsin Proclamation signing and met Wisconsin Department of Transportation Secretary, Craig Thompson. The Wisconsin Proclamation states, “Reinforced concrete pipe and precast are of vital importance to sustainable communities and to the health, safety, and well-being of all Wisconsinites.”

As an industry-leading manufacturer, County Materials plays an active role in Concrete Pipe Week by attending proclamation signings and hosting plant tours. County Materials manufactures a complete line of concrete pipe and precast products that are used to build the communities where Americans live, work and play.
