Pipe Week by inviting Wisconsin State Assembly Speaker Robin Vos to the company’s Madison, WI pipe manufacturing facility for a tour on the morning of August 21st. The tour was one of the many events County Materials hosted at its locations across the country during National Concrete Pipe Week.
During the tour, County Materials provided an overview of the importance of concrete pipe and precast structures in building long-lasting and durable infrastructure—demonstrating that there is no substitute for reinforced concrete pipe when it comes to investments in infrastructure.
Concrete pipe has a long track record as an inherently strong material for storm water management. Unlike, plastic pipe, precast concrete pipe is rigid, provides structural stability, and is tested to meet industry standards.
