Boys & Girls Clubs of America helps young people reach their potential as productive, caring, and responsible citizens. The organization offers programs that help children ages 6 to adult develop character, citizenship, and healthy lifestyles. Each Club caters to its community’s unique needs in focus areas of education, sports and recreation, art, health and wellness, good character and leadership, and workforce readiness. Programs specifically aim to provide support and a place to go outside of school hours. Local clubs supported by County Materials are in Wausau, Wisconsin, Joliet, Boone County, and Hancock County, Illinois.
County Materials, through the Sonnentag Foundation, supports dozens of worthy organizations and causes in four service areas, including Hunger and Homelessness Support, Service Member and Veteran Support, Sexual Abuse and Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring and Skills Building.
