County Materials Joins the Wisconsin Concrete Pipe Association at the American Public Works Association Meeting
State and local public works officials learned about the advantages reinforced concrete pipe offers for growing communities when the Wisconsin Concrete Pipe Association met recently with the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Public Works Association. The Wisconsin Concrete Pipe Association is a technical and educational trade association representing the concrete pipe manufacturers of Wisconsin. During the conference, County Materials’ team members staffed the WCPA booth at an expo and explained how the durability, resilience, and reliability of reinforced concrete pipe makes it the most cost-effective and sustainable solution for storm water management systems.
WCPA Executive Director, Clark Wantoch said, "I want to thank all of you who were able to join us either with the APWA WI Chapter events or the WCPA meeting. I know from the reactions of the 350-plus attending that we were successfully noticed and appreciated for our support."
County Materials’ WCPA membership includes our Green Bay, Holmen, Madison, Milwaukee, Rib Falls, and Roberts, Wisconsin, pipe manufacturing plants. County Materials manufactures reinforced concrete pipe and precast products, such as manholes, box culverts, precast bridge systems, and other specialty precast components.
