In 2018, the Eisenhower Bridge of Valor in Red Wing, MN was being constructed and relied on County Materials to manufacture and deliver 28 175-foot-long prestress girders. At the time of production, these were the largest in the state of Wisconsin. Shortly after, County Materials efficiently and effectively transitioned its Janesville facility to accommodate manufacturing prestress girders for the Mile-Long Bridge project. Measuring 186 feet long, the girders are the largest manufactured in the Midwest.
