County Materials Partners with Sojourner Family Peace Center to Support Domestic Violence Prevention and Intervention Services
Sojourner Family Peace Center is the largest nonprofit provider of domestic violence prevention and intervention services in Wisconsin. The Milwaukee-based organization supports families affected by domestic violence and helps them seek safety, justice, and well-being. Sojourner provides lifesaving services that protect and empower more than 11,800 people annually. The organization’s most utilized services are its 24-hour crisis hotline, emergency shelter, and Hope & Healing programs. In addition to helping survivors, Sojourner educates community members about domestic violence and available resources.
Through the Sonnentag Foundation, County Materials supports dozens of charitable organizations and causes in four key service areas: Hunger & Homelessness Support, Service Member & Veteran Support, Sexual Abuse and Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring & Skills Building.
