International Masonry Training and Education Foundation (IMTEF) provides educational programs, certifications, and training opportunities specifically to the employees of companies that partner with the International Union of Bricklayers and Allied Craftworkers. The programs start with pre-job training and apprenticeship programs and continue throughout a worker’s career. As new technology and materials emerge, IMTEF offers advanced training to keep workers up to date on these developments.

Through the Sonnentag American Foundation, County Materials supports dozens of charitable organizations like IMTEF. We provide support in four key service areas: Hunger & Homelessness Support, Service Member & Veteran Support, Sexual Abuse & Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring & Skills Building.
