County Materials’ Pipe Production Team in Rib Falls, Wisconsin, hosted their Safety Stand Down event.
These events emphasize safe practices and support team members’ ongoing commitment to making County Materials a safe, efficient, and rewarding place to work.
The event focused on safety indicators, best practices for injury response, and featured guest speaker Derik Nemke from Wisconsin Lifting Specialists.
Our Plant Operations Manager, Matt Bever, said, “This was our first Safety Stand Down and we felt it was very successful. We received positive feedback about all of our presenters, and it showed in the Team Members’ engagement throughout the day. Taking the time during a busy spring to host this event shows our team members just how important their safety is to us.”
