Hardscape North America Recognizes County Materials’ Segmental Retaining Wall Units in Award-Winning Project

Apr 23, 2021

County Materials congratulates Reesman's Service Corp. for receiving national recognition at the 2020 Virtual Hardscape North America (HNA) Awards, held on January 26, 2021. Each year, the Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute hosts HNA to celebrate the best in hardscaping across the United States and Canada.

A large retaining wall constructed on the property of Zilber Property Group was installed by Reesman's Service Corp. and won in the Commercial Segmental Retaining Wall category. The project was selected for its eye-catching design, quality building materials, and overall construction excellence. To construct this 10,200 SF retaining wall, Reesman's Service Corp. relied on an Integrity™ Retaining Wall System manufactured by County Materials. The system’s availability and ease-of-installation were advantageous in keeping this expansive project on schedule. Additionally, the system afforded the project the design flexibility needed to form its sloping multi-level terrace focal point.

HNA is the only award program that nationally recognizes the work of professional hardscape contractors. This year, an impressive pool of 169 projects were submitted for judging, in which a winner and an honorable mention were chosen to represent each of the program’s 18 categories. County Materials is recognized in the industry as a leading manufacturer that has supplied HNA award-winning projects for six consecutive years. We congratulate all award-winning contractors and manufacturers who were recognized in this year’s event.
