Concrete Masonry Units and Clay Brick Achieve Contemporary Design for HUB 13 Apartments

Jun 5, 2023

HUB 13 in Oak Creek, Wisconsin, is an upscale lifestyle residential community. The complex is surrounded by beautiful natural wetlands and a Zen garden, outdoor grilling hubs, and multi-use trails. HUB 13 also offers easy access to the vibrant city life of the Drexel Town Square and downtown Milwaukee. County Materials’ Reflection Stone® Masonry Units®Reflection Stone® Masonry Units, paired with Hebron’s Clay Brick, were specified to achieve the luxurious, modern design that such a location demands.

HUB 13 comprises 6 apartment buildings, 3 stacked flats, and a clubhouse. Concrete masonry units were specified for their many benefits, including longevity, recyclability, and low maintenance. The project’s size proved challenging, and project leaders relied on County Materials’ masonry products to get the job done. County Materials manufactured Reflection Stone Masonry Units in Vision to meld the beauty of natural stone with the strength and durability of concrete masonry. Hebron’s Silverado Velour Brick, supplied by County Materials, was used to unite a contemporary design for HUB 13. These two products worked together to achieve a texture combination expressing both modern luxury and timelessness.

The use of our concrete and clay masonry products created a stunning and long-lasting residential option that will complement the community’s serene location for many years with minimal maintenance.
