Inspiring Young People to Achieve Their Full Potential
Big Brothers Big Sisters has been helping young people achieve their full potential since 1904. The organization creates and supports one-to-one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. Mentoring relationships help children and teens achieve higher aspirations, greater confidence, and better relationships. Young people involved in these programs are also more likely to avoid risky behaviors and achieve educational success.
County Materials partners with Big Brothers Big Sisters to help them achieve their vision. Our contributions directly support the mentors who work hard to meet the needs of the children in the program. We are grateful for organizations like Big Brothers Big Sisters that invest in young people and help them build a bright future. We support local organizations and causes through the Sonnentag American Foundation, emphasizing four key service areas: Hunger and Homelessness Support, Veteran and Service Member Support, Sexual Abuse and Domestic Assault Services, and Mentoring and Skills Building.
