The Caliper Apartments is a newly developed complex in Maple Grove, Minnesota. Designed to offer elevated living, the complex includes two outdoor amenity decks, a 24/7 fitness center, clubroom, and complimentary coffee bar. The apartments are situated near local shopping, dining, and recreational hot spots and provide convenient access to I-94 and HWY 610, connecting residents to the Twin Cities metro area.
To maximize usable space in the complex and to offer more amenities for tenants, project leaders relied on County Materials’ Skylands™ Concrete Pavers. These concrete pavers utilize an adjustable pedestal system to enable level installation on uneven surfaces. Project leaders chose Skylands pavers for their evenly spaced joints which channel storm water and protect drainage systems.

The Caliper Apartments specified 8,500 square feet of Skylands pavers with pedestals ranging from 0.5 - 5 inches in height. The pavers were installed on two outdoor amenity decks, transforming the unusable spaces into stunning patios featuring lounge chairs, hammocks, outdoor grilling, and dining. Selected in our Reunion color, the pavers complement the contemporary metal siding of the complex.
