Calumet County, with the help of County Materials, was able to reinstall a section of the 86-year-old reinforced concrete pipe as part of a Highway 114 project in eastern Wisconsin. Calumet County saved substantial dollars by reusing the pipe and contacting County Materials to provide new precast end caps.
