Solution: County Materials supplied precast reinforced concrete pipe, storm manholes, and box culverts to expand the stormwater management system beneath Roseville’s Twin Lakes Trail, delivering durable, low-maintenance infrastructure and fast, efficient installation for this community-focused project.
Efficient, Long-Lasting Precast Installation
The Twin Lakes Trail project highlights the reliability and precision of County Materials’ precast solutions. To support this recreational trail expansion project, County Materials manufactured and delivered more than 2,450 LF of reinforced concrete pipe, 10 LF of storm manholes, and 72 LF of concrete box culverts. The precast elements’ high structural strength and precise fabrication enabled quick installation, minimized site disruption, and ensured long-term performance for the stormwater management system.
County Materials coordinated closely with the project team to align production and delivery with the construction schedule. The reinforced concrete pipe and box culverts are designed to resist flotation and provide a service life of up to 100 years, offering both durability and reliability. This project demonstrates how precast solutions can efficiently support infrastructure upgrades while protecting surrounding neighborhoods, public spaces, and critical pedestrian pathways.
