Bill Marshall retired after 44 years at County Materials, where he assisted customers as an Inside Sales Representative in Rice Lake, WI. His team leadership and dedication to his customers set a strong example for others to follow.
Bill’s Supervisor, Kevin Tesch, said, “I have always appreciated the fact Bill truly looked out for County Materials’ best interests. During his more than 40 years in the industry, he built great customer loyalty. These strong relationships are very important to Bill. Also, he has developed a team that (combined) has more than 100 years of service, having worked together for more than 20 years. His team’s dedication to each other is a real testament to Bill as a person and a leader. His experience and devotion to his team and customers will always remain a true example of excellence.”
