County Materials Corporation raised $516,455 at its annual Charity Golf Outing held August 22 at the SentryWorld Golf Course in Stevens Point, Wisconsin.

All funds raised at the event will support a variety of organizations through the Sonnentag American Foundation, County Materials Corporation’s philanthropic arm. During the annual golf event, funds are raised through sponsorships and donations from County Materials’ partners in the concrete construction and landscaping industries.

Since 2012, the Sonnentag American Foundation has contributed more than $5 million to charitable initiatives and organizations in four key service areas:

  • Mentoring & Skills Building
  • Hunger & Homelessness Support
  • Service Member & Veteran Support
  • Sexual Abuse & Domestic Assault Services

The success of this year’s golf outing was the result of the generous support of many companies, who joined forces to become champions for change within each of the communities where County Materials has locations. We thank our dedicated sponsors who made this year’s event possible.
