When the Pines Apartments in Rochester, MN wanted to add a third building to their complex, they sought durable and efficient products for the construction of the upscale apartment building. County Materials’ ready-to-install hollowcore was specified by project leaders. Hollowcore serves as an instant work deck once installed, reducing cost and allowing trades earlier access. More than 66,800 SF of hollowcore planks, 1,700 SF of solid slabs, and 2,800 LF of beams and columns were manufactured and delivered by County Materials.
