The Salvation Army Grace Place assists more than 350 individuals each year though some of the most challenging times of their life. Located in New Richmond, WI, the Grace Place Emergency Shelter provides someone in need a case manager who can assist them in reaching their goals, such as finding employment, attending health appointments, and securing long-term housing.
Katie sought help at Grace Place after losing her home and custody of her child. At Grace Place, she received a safe and comfortable place to sleep at night and assistance to get back on her feet. With the help of her case manager, Katie was able to get into an apartment of her own and regain custody of her daughter.
