County Materials Recognizes Concrete Pipe Week, August 15 – 21
Reinforced concrete pipe is the preferred choice for storm water and sanitary systems across the country. Its rigidity and inherent strength withstand challenging environments, heavy loads, and large volumes to prevent flooding and protect communities. Often, the life expectancy of reinforced concrete pipe doubles that of alternative materials and lasts up to 100 years, or in some cases, longer.
The American Concrete Pipe Association hosts Concrete Pipe Week to recognize the contributions of the concrete pipe and precast industry in modernizing infrastructure and keeping communities safe.
During the week of August 15 – 21, concrete pipe and precast manufacturers will host facility tours, share resources, and meet with local and federal governments to discuss concrete pipe’s role in sustainable, flood-resilient infrastructure.
County Materials recognizes our many dedicated team members who are committed to the quality production and efficient delivery of reinforced concrete pipe and precast products. This year, County Materials celebrates 75 years in business. We are proud to manufacture products that are used to build stronger and safer communities where Americans live, work and play.
