Aedifix Park Plaza is a five-unit retail center located alongside Highway 10 in Stevens Point, WI. The building, which houses El Mezcal and Blenker Companies, was developed to give east-side businesses improved visibility from the highway. Aedifix Park Plaza is clad in a variety of contemporary materials, including concrete masonry units. Blenker Companies worked with County Materials to find a concrete masonry solution that met the project’s structural and aesthetic needs. Ultimately, County Stone Masonry Units in Cream and Cappuccino were chosen. The combination of colors and full and thin veneer units helped create a dimensional visual that will attract Highway 10 travelers.
