County Materials participated in Ghidorzi’s Green and Clean event in the greater Wausau area on April 22. Several team members, along with their families, joined seven hundred volunteers to clean the Wausau community of litter and debris. Together, the volunteers removed 4.16 tons of trash.
Since the Green and Clean event began in 2010, volunteers have removed 37.62 tons of trash from local communities. After this year’s event, Ghidorzi wrote, “We are setting the tone for a clean community, and it truly makes a world of difference right here where we live.” County Materials is proud to support the communities where our team members live, work and play through charitable event sponsorships and volunteer opportunities.
