County Materials congratulates Jose Romero Solis on his retirement. After 19 years as a Pipe Plant Team Member at our Maxwell, Indiana, location, Jose retires and celebrates a successful career defined by his hard work and dedication to our company.
Wesley Richter, Jose's supervisor, said, "Jose has been a valuable member of our wet cast production team for nearly two decades. He started working in the pipe industry in 2005, and has worked in many different departments, including manufacturing boxes, bridges and manholes, and most recently, he produced large bore manholes. Jose has shared his vast knowledge with many team members over the years. Everyone at Maxwell will significantly miss his excellent work ethic, positive attitude, and knowledge. Congratulations on your retirement, Jose!"
